I called earlier in the day and spoke to Dustin about renting a unit. They closed at 6, and I told him I could be there before that. Unfortunately I was held late at work and walked in the door at 5:58 at GoStoreIt. Dustin was INCREDIBLY so kind and treated with me respect and never made me feel like I inconvenienced him even though I extended his work day. He showed me the unit, explained the locking mechanism, and went through the paperwork in high detail and answered any questions I had. Never rushed me or shorted me in any way.
