I’m sorry, I wish I could remember her name but the lady that helped me today (10/5/23) was probably the nicest employee of any company I’ve encountered in the last 2 years! She was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and kind. She is certainly a keeper Go Store It!! The facility is very clean (and I mean VERY), well laid out, well lit, ani give it a 10+ as well. If I had any complaints, it would be how high storage has gotten ($316 for a 10x15 unit)!! Yikes! But that’s across the board…all of them are..not just this one. All in all I give this place 5 stars!!

Additionally, their camera systems and daily patrol is impressive. I received excellent service from Janea from the start and she has proved that she is willing to go the extra mile and provide the same level of ongoing service. The breezeway is deep and well sheltered so you can load and unload in any weather. The ready to use carts are beyond helpful and the elevator is spacious. I have rented many units around town over the years and this is by far the best and highest quality experience that I have ever had. I feel like my stored items are safe and secure - as well as easily accessible. This is the magic combo for a long term or short term storage unit.

Jeneé(sp?) answered the phone when I called to say that traffic might make me arrive a few minutes after closing, and she was very polite and kind. When I burst through the door at 6:07, out of breath, she was calmly waiting for me. She showed me the climate-controlled unit that I had reserved and went over the rules and paperwork thoroughly. She made me make sure that my codes worked before I left the property. Jeneé is quite the professional, but also warm-hearted, and I'm SO glad I discovered Go Store It!

Great storage place. Staff was very helpful and on point with helping us from (Strong Men Moving) get into the building with ease of access. Soon as we pulled up we did not even have to ask and they shut off the need for punching in the code every time you use the elevator. This made the customers move into their storage unit seamless. We were done with our job in 2 hours and had it very satisfied customer. Great job here!

We rented a unit for a month and a half. The units were very clean and climate controlled. There were carts available on the property to move your items to and from your unit. I was surprised by the cost. I shopped around and not even Taking specials into account they were the most reasonable. I appreciated the security they provided. If I ever have a storage need I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this business.
