First of all Cherrelle was amazing. I came in last minute and needed something immediately and she wasted no time getting me taken care of. She gave me the full walkthrough and even made sure that even though my unit is large, the doorway was very small… Which I was fine with. Overall quick, fast, and easy process and everything explained upfront before commitment. This is my first time using a storage facility and I’m very pleased with the property and staff. Wow! Cherrelle at Go Store It James Island is the gem of this well-kept facility. It was my first time using storage rental and I needed a nice, clean, temperature controlled facility for furniture and other personal belongings. Cherrelle showed me the various options and was very patient meeting with me and then bringing my husband back to show him the options too. The facility is kept spotlessly clean and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything well-maintained. Can't wait to organize and fill my unit up! Thanks to Cherrelle for helping me get everything all set up and being so great to deal with! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for great storage!

I had no trouble accessing my unit for the first time on a Sunday when the office was closed. Cherrelle had also left me a lock inside my unit for me to use. This location is clean and has multiple carts for use when loading and unloading. I highly recommend the James Island Go Store It!

I wasn’t expecting anything extra but not only did she apologize multiple times she went above and beyond in making it up to me. This is customer service!
