I had gone through the entire process of renting a unit online and shortly afterwards I received a call from Reuben at the office. He was going over what I had rented and I realized I had not rented the size unit I needed. He redid my contract for me and had me all set up ready to sign while I drove to the office. He took me to the unit and showed me how to use the key pad, making the entire process easy. So thanks to Reuben I’m good to go.

Renting the unit was quick and painless. We were done in less than 15 minutes. The condition of the grounds, building and unit were excellent. My only suggestion would be that offering a discount on the first month, as many other facilities do, would be nice, but I needed a large climate controlled unit on less than 24 hours notice and they had one.
