My reservation was for 3/31, I decided to call on 3/29 to see if I could complete reservation sometime that day. Brad allowed me to come in and complete reservations, explained everything in detail, escorted me thru the bldg. pointed out where everything was located for a smooth transition. Brad informed me that he was available for any issues or concerns. He was very pleasant, efficient and professional. Thanks Brad for providing exceptional service. The storage facility is very secure and clean. Im quite comfortable coming/ going by myself or allowing my 14 yr old granddaughter to accompany me. I canceled my reservation w/ another facility that was half the cost of Go-Sore it for that reason.

I'm really impressed with my experience. Brad made it a really smooth and easy process. He answered every question and went above and beyond. He is really nice, too ! The facility is really great, especially being able to pull your car inside of the building to unload. I have rented quite a few different storage units in my day, and this one is by far the best one I have ever rented.

BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THE STAR RATING OF OTHER STORAGE PLACES. I’ve rented from another storage place and the whole experience was awful, further they took my phone to “confirm the number with something” and they actually rated themselves 5 stars! This completely rubbed me the wrong way and I wish I had trusted my gut because it was an overall terrible experience. However I can safely say this place is the exact opposite, especially thanks to the awesome work from Brad! And after finishing and securing the unit he didn’t ask to rate five stars or take my phone, rather just asked me to honestly fill out the text survey they’d send in the coming days. Such an honest and hard working guy I can’t praise him enough for his outstanding work!! If you’re looking for a storage locker this is the place. Brad is a godsend and superstar. 9/10 recommend this place and it’s an easy 11/10 recommendation if Brad is there!!!! Brad was extremely polite, concise, and easy to work with. He outlined the process and fees clearly and made the whole process super easy. In addition the facility was well maintained and clean. Also, we incorrectly locked our unit, we essentially closed the door but didn’t push the latch all the way before we locked it so the unit was locked open. Brad called us the next morning to let us know the unit wasn’t locked. I was extremely impressed because our unit was on the 3rd floor and very out of the way so his attention to detail is outstanding!! I’ve rented a storage locker from another company a few years ago and it was a complete [redacted] show If you know what I mean. This place couldn’t be any more different in a good way. Part of the reason I made this review so in-depth is because Brad made this whole process super easy whereas my last storage locker was like pulling teeth. Overall would recommend go store it 9/10, and if you’re renting from this factory and Brad’s the manager easily 11/10 recommend!!!!

I recently purchased a storage unit from Go Store It. The manager, Brad, introduced himself, made a professional transaction, toured me through out the property (loading docks, wagons and units). He cut the lock and then opened the unit for me. Later, I would meet with him a few more times and he always represented the property and the company in the brightest of light. He is an asset to your team and I, undoubtedly, would buy from him again. He's trustworthy and dependable. Those are qualities that are in short supply today!!!

The employee who helped us, Brad, was extremely polite and professional and explained the lay out and set up of the units well. He worked with us to find a unit that worked for us in both size and price and got us out the door within 30 minutes. Great place and would recommend it and Brad to anybody in need of storage
