DuJuana is the nicest person I've ever dealt with a storage place and I've rented my share. She helped me when I first moved in and she helped me again today get set up with a smaller unit now that I've sold some of my furniture. She took her time to get everything right and even made sure my new unit is by the door so it's easier for me to transfer everything from one building to the other. The place is also spotless like it was built yesterday. I can't say that about any other storage place I've been to.

Great customer service, pricing is what I was looking for and the unit is on point. The lot and area are clean, safe and well lit. Recommended-

The property manager DuJuana is one of the kindest and most incredible people I have ever met and her store manager, Jason, is an absolute delight as well! I shared with her that I had just left another storage unit because of both hidden pricing and how they had spoken to me (like I was bothering them to be there to rent a storage unit). DuJuana could not have been more helpful (and so smart!) and she found the right unit for me at a very fair price. We stored our RV at Go Store It Self Storage for almost a year. It is a beautiful storage lot that is very well kept. There is a cute little pond right in the middle that is full or turtles. The whole lot is securily fenced in and there are security cameras. Every time we visited everything was upkept nicely and Jessica & DuJuana were great to work with. We will definitely rent again for our storage needs and I would highly recommend.

We were not able to get back to the facility before the office closed that day. Brian went above and beyond working with us over the phone, securing a 2nd unit very near our original unit! He went so far as to put our lock inside the new unit so we would have everything we needed when we arrived. EXCELLENT customer service from Brian and Courtney!
