Update: moved out this month after finally getting my car running again. I would still highly recommend this storage facility. They have been very pleasant.

The facility is older, but they keep it very clean and they charge the appropriate rent for what you are getting. I would not hesitate to do business with them. They are great.

I found Thomas to be very informative. He was responsive to my questions, professional with excellent customer service skills, efficient, patient and courteous, not to mention cost EFFECTIVE. I appreciated his recommendation to purchase pad locks, too. Thomas is familiar with moves from out of state and made me feel secure in my decision to go with Storage Sense in McKinney. The units looks extremely clean and easily accessible by large moving vans. The location will be convenient for us until we purchase a home. Edwin, his assistant was very helpful, too. Best storage facility I've ever had! The manager Kristi is more than willing to help with whatever I needed. Friendly and knowledgeable about all of our questions. Made paperwork and getting into the storage a breeze. I can't say enough about her professionalism and courteous manner. I always make it a point to stop by the office to say hi when I go to my unit.
